Please be advised that Stunlock Studios does not directly handle or process refunds for V Rising or any associated downloadable content (DLC). All purchases are managed by external storefronts and platforms, such as Steam, PlayStation Store, or authorized third-party retailers, each of which operates under its own payment and refund policies.
Why Refunds Are Not Processed by Stunlock Studios
As the developer of V Rising, Stunlock Studios is not involved in the financial processing of purchases. We do not operate a proprietary storefront and therefore do not have access to player billing details, transaction history, or payment authorization controls.
All sales, including transactions involving the base game, DLC, or promotional offers, are executed through external platforms. These platforms retain sole responsibility for processing payments, handling refunds, and determining eligibility in accordance with their respective policies and terms of service.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact the platform or retailer where the original purchase was made. Below are the most commonly used services:
Steam (PC)
If your purchase was made via Steam:

- Log in to your Steam account
- Select V Rising from your recent purchases
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your refund request
Steam generally considers refund requests made within 14 days of purchase and where the title has been played for less than 2 hours. Additional exceptions may apply at their discretion.
PlayStation (Console)
For purchases made through the PlayStation Store:

- Use the Refund Assistant to assess eligibility and proceed with further steps & guidance on how to submit your Refund Request.
Refunds are typically available within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been downloaded or streamed.
Other Retailers or Key Resellers
If the purchase was made through a third-party store or key distributor, please contact the retailer’s Customer Support service directly to inquire about their refund procedures and eligibility.

Purchases made through unauthorized or grey-market sellers may not be eligible for refunds and are made entirely at the buyer’s discretion and risk.
