To play on controller with keyboard and mouse in V Rising, the current workaround is to Enable Steam Input and configure it as a keyboard and mouse emulator.
Open V Rising’s property window in Steam via right-clicking on the game in you library and selecting Properties.. > Controller. In the Controller tab, select the Enable Steam Input option in the dropdown. Then click the Controller Configurator link highlighted below:
Inside the Controller Configurator, you can create and customize a new layout under Templates, using the Keyboard (WASD) and Mouse template. You can also browse Community Layouts.
